Your Order
All orders for goods will be treated as your acceptance to purchase goods subject to these terms and conditions. Accuracy for your order is your responsibity.
Acceptance of Orders
We reserve the right to refuse to accept your order if we feel it necessary, in which case we will contact you as soon as possible.
Secure Payments
Our website uses PayPal for your protection and accept payment by the following methods: Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Solo, Maestro, American Express.
Delivery will only be be to the registered cardholders address.
Delivery
All orders are normally sent by signed for delivery whether UK domestic or International, delivery charges are indicated at check-out. Refunds for unwanted goods returned will be reduced to cover the full cost of carriage.
Receiving Goods Ordered
Deliveries that require a signature: If a signature cannot be obtained, the normal procedure is for the courier to leave a card with instructions to you regarding how you can obtain your goods. This may mean arranging delivery or visiting your local Post Office or collection point. In the event of a parcel being refused, or not collected, any cost incurred by us in returning or resending the goods will be payable by yourself, the customer.
Upon receipt of your order the package should be checked to ensure no damage has occurred. When packages are signed for it is on the basis that they are in good condition with no signs of having been mishandled or opened.
Packages showing signs of damage or of having been opened should be rejected.
If in doubt packages should be signed for with “unchecked” written next to the signature.
The buyer is responsible for all customs duties and taxes, with fees applicable in your country of residence.
Damages or Shortages
In the unlikely event of a delivery arriving with items damaged, missing or incorrect we will, at our descretion, make up the shortages or replace the damaged/incorrect goods free of charge. Alternatively we may refund the price paid for the missing or damaged/incorrect goods. Claims must be made by email to sales@gsm-secure.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.
Not notifying us within 48 hours will be deemed you have accepted your delivery and the goods are in good condition. Damaged or incorrect goods must be retained and returned to us on request where a refund in full will be processed.
Returning Goods
Return postage is at your own cost, however we strongly recommend using signed for and insured delivery. Upon receipt of returned items a refund will be by the same method as the original payment, shipping costs won't be refunded unless items are returned due to an error on our part. Unwanted returns may be subject to a 10% restock fee if purchased in error.
Warranties
All goods purchased from us (unless stated on the products website or listing) are covered by a 12 months warranty covering any defect in materials or workmanship.
All warranties exclude failure due to misuse, abuse, modification, physical damage, or use for purposes for which the product was not originally intended.
Liability
Under no circumstances shall we be responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages of the use of any of the products we sell. It is your responsibity as the buyer to ensure that goods are installed as recommended and not in a way that can cause harm or injury. Automated system should have inbuilt protection against problems such as jamming, collision or bodily contact with an individual.
Privacy
We do not have access to Credit Card information on website payments and recommend this option when purchasing. ALthough we can take these details over the phone, they are not stored and we do not distribute sell, nor rent any personal information to 3rd parties.
