GSM boat / marine alarm is a stand-alone system that offers the advantage of protection when neither mains power nor a landline are available making it an ideal system for boats and other marine craft are either moored or stored.
Simply connect the unit to the onboard 12volt battery system or the included 240volt AC adaptor.
With the facility of up to 2 wired inputs, the alarm informs by SMS text of activation of each wired sensor. For example, the system can be configured to inform if the bilge level is too high and the text read "BILGE HIGH LEVEL"
As an intruder alarm, the 110db siren can deter burglars from staying around or if switched off gives the opportunity to catch intruders in the act by acting as a silent alert.
The system uses GSM technology, which has the added advantage of being able to track the boat if stolen.
