Message from the Director of GSM-Secure on Dial2Open (WT-0009):
'GSM Secure stopped selling Dial2Open (WT-0009) product when up to 50% of units were arriving faulty and we were told to 'bin them'.
''Nigel Graver the Director Dial2Open (WT-0009) constantly refused to make good this situation and in April 2009, a court hearing regarding refunds against faulty units was heard.
The hearing was at Torquay County Court and we have yet to receive any refund even though the Court has ruled in GSM-Secure's favour. Dealings with Dial2Open has caused damage to the reputation of GSM Secure due to deliveries arriving 2-3 months late and the unacceptable number of faulty units sent '
'The business ethics of this company left a lot to be desired and and the demands of cash for further orders from GSM-Secure, when there was already deliveries and numerous faulty units outstanding, consequently leaving us no choice but to cease all dealings with Dial2Open in June 2008' |
